Federal skilled worker application from the Philippines

I need some advice.. It is different from people coming from different countries... Like education credential verification...

Please share the things that you did for WES application. I dont know what i should follow. The procedure for applicants from the Philippines is to send a diploma (sender:applicant) and a transcript (sender:university). Is still legit it i send the two documents together?
