I found that there are 2 points calculate system in federal skilled worker program. In the first one you should score more than 67 points to be eligible. Please refer the 1st link below. 2nd one is the CRS tool where you have to score at least around 450 points to get selected. 2nd link below. Can some one clarify this please.

So what is the difference between those two points system. How can we identify which tool to use?

You have to use both. First you must have at least 67 points to be eligible. Next, you must determine how many CRS points you have to determine your changes of being selected.
