Federal PR Application on November 2014-Time to get File no and Medical

Hi All,
I have sent my documents for Federal PR application on 3rd November, 2014 after getting my AINP nomination. they have charged my credit card for the processing fee on 1st week of February, 2015. But no response for File number or Medical. Can you guys share your experience who has applied in Federal in November, 2014 under AINP stream?

Same thing happened with me. I applied for FSWP purchasing manager category on 25 August 2014. My credit card charged on 12 March 2015. I am still waiting for my fine number and AOR. Can anyone help me and guide about timeline between CC charging to confirmation e-mail (AOR).

I got my File no on 21 April and Email for medical on 23 April.
