Federal Application help.

Hello forum members. I received my CSQ in Dec and have submitted my federal application in Jan. Although I have gone through a consultant, they have not given their email in the application. Does that mean that I can connect on my CIC to check my application? And if so, how is it done? Do you have to wait for your AOR or can you do it before?
