Since the package is sent back sealed by CHC Islamabad therefore, Gerry's/Visatronix doesn't inform you about the status of your application on phone. You are just informed that your documents have arrived come and collect.
In some cases the documents are delivered to your door step via TCS in this case you are charge some fee for this service.
