Febuaury 2016 - In land Sponsal applications

We sent our in land application to sponsor my husband through Purolator on 8th Feb 2016 to cic and it was received on the 9th Feb.

To date we have not received any correspondence from cic if the application was received but according to Purolatortracker it was delivered on the 9th Feb 2016.
I will like to know how long we have to wait before we hear from CiC and how long before he can get his OWP. From what I hear it takes about 25 months to get a PR. Is this also correct

Inland applications are still taking ~ 25 months.

As long as he had legal status on the day that the application and OWP were received by CIC, and if neither one is returned because of an error on your/his part, the OWP will arrive (without notice) ~ June of this year.

You should receive your official AOR anytime between now and...who knows when, because CIC is NOT very consistent in providing this critical piece of the puzzle. Some people never even receive theirs.

I have not done the medical yet. My question is will I not have to do the medical before I get the OWP or will this be required only during the PR process.

Secondly, my wife has not received her approval to sponsor me. Will this not be sent to her first before the OWP can be process
