I'm about to submit my eapr. I've couple of queries which I thought should be clarified.
1. My last name is not expanded in my academic documents, just an initial. WES report had message about this name mismatch.
Passport - Swaminathan Mathivanan,
Academic documents - Swaminathan M
I'm attaching a name difference affidavit.
Should I have to mention this as my another name in application?
Bcos it's not a name change just my last name is represented as an initial. I don't want to create misrepresentation.
2. My passport has my dad's first name alone. I'm getting gift deed from him for proof of funds. Both gift deed affidavit and cheque has his initial along with first name. How should I mention his name in family details?
My passport: Mathivanan
His passport: Mathivanan Singaram
Cheque and gift deed: Mathivanan.S
Please provide your valuable suggestions guys.
