I was able to make an account on the portal. Medical shows completed; Biometrics in process; Eligibility not started; and Background check in process.
I also gave my biometrics today. My portal reads the exact same as yours.

My understanding (and I'm happy to be corrected) is that although eligibility shows as "not started" on portal that the initial part of it is already done.
From what I can garner from reading various forums and asking our AI overlords, their internal workflow checks all the basic eligibility stuff before the BIL/Medical validation is done. That's also when most ADRs are sent.

In any case, let's hope for a fairly quick outcome.

That is correct. That is what I understand too. I’ve read a couple of forums and most of the people had their eligibility marked as completed the same day of Biometrics completion. And the background took anywhere from 15 days to a month or so.

Hard to comment on this, but:
1. sometimes they only do basic R10 check.
2. sometimes they actually start/finish eligibility before BIL (very rare cases from what I saw)

I'd not rely on that. Your application and "avg" won't have to do much each other.
