Yes you can upload a blank paper if you haven’t done any medical within last five years even it was for study permit or work permit. If you have got one already which is less than 5 year old you can upload that one instead of the blank sheet if not just upload blank sheet they will get to you whenever they need one.

Hi , we are also waiting for P1 email for a week now. COPR and FD date is visible . Did you call IRCC for P1 email or you just waited ?
Just have patience you got to wait. There’s a sequence that they have been following. You will get it too shortly.
Ppl who are waiting before you will get it first and then it will be your turn as per the trend we are seeing
Portal emails are manually triggered. You calling them will do nothing. Wait for a while.
