Hey guys, I started a spousal sponsorship on Feb.27.2024. I am in canada and I’m sponsoring my wife. In May 2024 she completed her Biometrics. In August 2024 she completed her medicals. In December 2024 they told us that she needed to do an interview. It’s been 13 months since I was told about the interview but we have not been given an interview date. I’ve sent countless emails to the IRCC and to the MP but none of them have answers for me. When we started the sponsorship, on the website it showed it would take around 11 months but It’s been 23 months since I’ve started the application and we are still waiting on the visa. Does anyone have any idea on when the interview date will be given to us?
