how do we know in which office our application is there?

I asked on through webform and they have advised me the office. Try that may be.

Oh they even read the webform request we submit . I thought that they copy paste the content whenever we ask for latest status or for sending test invite. Not bad that ircc also responds for some requests based on the request.

must be a glitch in the system or 1 in 1000 requests do bypass the proxy.

What is abnormal when it comes to cic processing? Nothing. Anything, everything, every way of processing a file is Normal.
My office sent test invites in the last 2 months for the months Jan-Feb2020 to Nov2020. How can this be normal as there is no importance given for the ones applied early Jan-Feb. Speaking of normality applies only to normal people and normal/regular department, not to CIC.

I just took a look at the Spreadsheet, only 10% of Feb or Jan 2020 have been invited for ceremony.

Of course how can it be more when I, Feb applicant was writing exam with same time window(few days difference) along with May applicant(my wife) and could see many Mar2020 to Nov2020 have attended the test 1 to 2 to 4 months ago. No importance given for Jan-Feb and sending test invite for Oct-Nov. No logic.
I thought that i only wasted years in my career but i never expected cic to treat my one year a zero and treating my application and 10-12 month later application as same

How much we say here doesn't change anything. 2019 applications some didnt even got oath letter but few feb 2020 have. Any movement is better. I am looking at positive side as we cant question anyone and this stress will be bad for us. I have been checking alot these days eagerly waiting for next update fingers crossed so i know wat you are going through. Just be cool and let us know if there is any case/petition or forum that reaches cic we will all definitely join.

I think all CIC Case Officers must be computer programmers. In most programming languages, arrays treat the first element as element 0.
Ergo, they treat your first year as year 0. Booyah!

It’s true, but it’s not new to me. When I applied for my PR through the skill workers program in 2010, the timeframe was less than 1 year however I got my Visa in 2014)) at the same time the 2011 applicants got their visa sooner than 2010 applicants. It’s not fair for me in all stages of my immigration process

At least you got visa. When i applied for quebec, i could not submit full information certified tax documents since stupid IRS sent me uncertified and that too only for few years which made quebec to deny my application after 4 years. Robbers like IRS and social security are there to take taxes but they never give the money back and on top of it they never provide the necessary documents. IRS said they could not find my tax information is the height of negligence in govt departments worldwide. They dont care about people.

In some universities back home, some lazy professors check examination papers by keeping a stack on the fan and a table underneath it. Papers that fall on the table pass and those who don’t, fail. No real checking takes place and they just randomly put marks. No kidding. Have seen it with my own eyes. Looks like CIC is doing something similar nowadays.

Computer programmers produce results and coding is done to smoothen the flow of the program and produce results. I think IRCC officers are Trojan Virus or proxies that block and ruin everything.

Have you not seen the Lion King ? there is a scene where Simba asks his Dad what is that dark part of the jungle ? His father says you must not go there Simba that is Quebec.That was a great lesson I should have listened.

I am pretty sure Thanos is an IRCC officer or IRCC itself.

I received my email for oath taking on Thursday I have been scheduled to take oath on the 14th of July 2021 . How many days does it take to receive the citizenship certificate via mail after the oath ?

Is it normal that almost all the post in Feb 2020 thread are talking about the oath and some of us still aren't chosen to do the citizenship test ?

I am surprised you didn't receive your test request yet ....you should be taking oath by now .
