February 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

I have sent my application on Feb 5th, 2020 and received on 12th Feb. I have not received any updates, I see currently applications are getting process for future dates. I am kind of getting worried now. Does calling CIC help ?

i am in same boat. Application delivered on Feb 10th and No AOR.

where can we get the update on the application. If you call IRCC, they don’t have any information

Someone from January just posted that he called IRCC to get details about January application and why some February applications got AOR while still January didn’t the agent replied that files are assigned to different agents and some of them are on vacation.
I guess that’s same reason why we see applications dated 10&12 February got AOR but still others of first week still didn’t . Let’s hope for the good

True. Due to full staff did not return to work and many for sure would be on summer vacation(just to use the holidays accumulated or fear of returning to work) are making things complicated which are resulting in delays and not in sequential order.
Thinking that this would the case for the rest of this year till some cure/vaccine is available. 2019 backlog gets now added with 2020 backlog - Not looking good.

Just a question, from what date your processing time starts, the date you receive the AOR or the day they receive your application ? I know the processing time will not be same, just wanted to know out of curiosity

They are all over the place last night a guy from January got AOR not going by any order

I called today, they say we are processing applications from Jan 14.

There is simply no point in calling. They told me the same over phone and responding to web form in June, July, and a couple of days ago.
"We are processing January 14th applications" - every time the same answer...

Indeed. As I wrote earlier It says Decision made. What does it say in your's?
