My application was delivered on Feb 10 and I did not receive any AORs..

Mine delivered on Feb 5th, and i haven't heard anything either. i feel so nervous

yeah i might have to do that, when i called them last week, they just said they are still processing applications before Jan 14th (which is obviously not true)

what time did you call? I am trying to call but unable to reach an agent, they are saying "sorry cant complete your call" what time should i call to reach an agent, i tried at 2pm and unable to reach an agent.

One member in forum told that she calls the call center at 9am sharp to beat the crowd and get it connected without waiting for more than just few mins. So set the alarm 5 minutes before and just hit the call button at 9am.

Calls are answered from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, to the extent possible.

What is the timeline for citizenship application? i.e. important milestones after submission of application?
Once we submit application, how much time does it take for citizenship test? Below are the steps I know of, which one of this is AOR??

Steps to Canadian Citizenship

• Step 1: Make sure you are eligible
• Step 2: Calculate how long you’ve been in Canada
• Step 3: Gather your documents
• Step 4: Complete the application form
• Step 5: Pay the fees
• Step 6: Submit your application
• Step 7: Prepare for your test
• Step 8: Go to your interview and test
• Step 9: Wait for the decision
• Step 10: Go to a ceremony and take the oath

i called in the morning, i think around 10:30ish. was on hold for like 40mins. i agree with the comment above, makes sense to call as soon as the open (9am?)

somewhere between step 6 and 7. once you submit your application you should receive an AOR (Acknowledging your application was received)

Yes but no updates there either. Not sure how to proceed. If you call, there is no real information given. I saw someone from jan 27 who received aor past Friday. I am only Hoping that they are following somewhat of a random order and the application isnt lost. (I used canadapost tracking and it showed delivered). I reside in Mississauga.

I hear you buddy. Getting a little frustrated that they're moving ahead with Feb 13 onward while mine Feb 5 (and other's with the same or earlier date) is still not actioned.

Feb 10 no AOR here either that's what I am afraid of misplacement of documents
