If you live in home, type your house number.
All buildings/condo in Canada has a unit# btw

I have similar question, how did you finally fill the form without apt/unit?

We dont write N/A, like we did for PR. Just leave blank for the ones you dont fill.

My timeline is

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 19, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 14, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on October 26, 2020.
