That is so true as they have brought new system before implementing so this is really frustrating.So i will suggest you not to wait for your sch A and PCC to be received through web form,please try to mail those documents as i did yesterday after waiting for like 35 days and they still haven't received those docs through web form and my cic account sucks big time.I simply hate new procedure and i think the old procedure was fine where you have to send all documents upfront only including your medical results as well.This immigration process sometimes is really frustrating and annoying.

I agree! Seems like the process could go by way smoother if we could have just submitted medical checks, PCC, and Schedule A up front. Most of us got these things done around the same time we submitted our application anyway. Very very frustrating.

Yes, we received Sponsorship Approval just a few days after they processed our file. That was the last correspondence and we have not heard anything from them since then. When I inquired about not getting correspondence about the Schedule A and PCC, they told me I was still in the "time frame" and CIC would not respond to me. Basically every time we have reached out to them, they just tell us to wait.

Ok yes they always say that.

so painfull this process is .. why cic is not looking into this issue .. i somehow got my file transffered ..nd the webform did upload my docs thankfully .. but now um worried to see how ircc also has slowed down .. what if my VO makes an medical req through mycic nd i dont get it .. -__- i can't think of it anymore

Yes tajnuba thats correct.
Yeah i know lot of march applicants have got their SA and their files are also been transfered to their respective VO.

I think IRCC web form is broken and not working. I just checked with MP and got them to contact CIC/IRCC, now CIC saying that they're still waiting for my Sched A and PCC which I've already submitted (Submitted over a month ago). I am trying to find a way to submit these documents again.

Do you think mailing these forms would be the best way to go? Jeez IRCC web form sucks and I totally relied on that system.

Its been more than 25 days that I uploaded the form and now they are not able to find the damm thing. This is so frustrating.

At anyone in the limbo between SA and AOR2, I spoke to an agent on the phone.
All I basically asked was, "I just want to know where my application physically is, and if I have missed any messages or correspondences."
She told me a couple things
A. It's in Mississauga
B. It doesn't look like there are any notes on your account saying you're missing anything. if you are, we will definitely contact you and that they just haven't started my background check yet

She then also added that it would most likely be sent to Ottawa. I heard wrong and said "It's been sent to Ottawa?"

and she said, "No, but I would assume it will be sent there since you're from the US. When ever an Outland application is going to be processed outside Canada, there would be a note on it by now about which VO it will be sent to. since yours doesn't have a note. It's more than likely going to Ottawa."

I just replied saying, "Oh good. nothing to worry about then."

She said, "No, I would't worry, from the looks of your account."

So It seems as though I'm in good standing and most likely going to Ottawa? when ever they start and finish my background check.

HI my file got transffered after i uploaded my schedule A nd pcc ..but still in my ecas the line "we sent u correspondence on march 11.please upload asap" this line is not going .. though i got AOR2 and the 3rd line on ecas ..but i thought as soon as they receive the documents they delete this line .. anyone know is this normal to see this line on ecas ? pleease advice me ..

Hi Tajnuba. The line for the correspondence in ECAS wont be deleted.
