I uploaded my schA form on 25 march ..

...and until now you didn't received any response from them? I am wondering why there is a delay. Which is clearly they beed to troubleshoot things digitally wise. I know there is a lot of digital traffic may occur but they supposedly fix it. Huhu! I am starting to worry. Since, we all have different situations. And there is no patterns at all. We tend to receive different responses from them. Some got SA before Sched A request or sched A first then SA. Even the Medical request too. It is just all over the place... I wanna call tomorrow after work. I'll update you guys.

Update! So I recieved an email 2 hours ago today that "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at a visa office outside Canada." So I'm relieved now!! But how do I know which office is my file sent to?

I haven't gotten confirmation it's been sent anywhere.. so it must still be at mississauga.

That's why I was going to call. HAven't received AOR2

If it's been a month or more call them. Nothing has changed with your eCAS
Status? Or myCIC account?

IRCC would know at least if it had been transferred!

When did you send your Sched A? I submitted it April 4 and I received an email from them today. you can read the whole message above. I am worried now. Why they can't find my application on the system but when I called before the lady from the phone pulled my file from the system and it was there. I have application number too which I linked in MyCiC which is so useless... I can't received anything from them...

Hey just an FYI, I've submitted mine on March 16 ( received general confirmation from IRCC )

Usually when the PA Application Status changes to "In Progress" from "Application Received" in ECAS this is when the file is being transferred from CPC to local VO. The third line appears in ECAS at the PA side "We started processing.........." and after almost a week you get the AOR2 from the local VO. But lately due to the technical glitch for uploading documents in CIC accounts these patterns/process is missing.

Thanks for the reply @Libu. This change in pattern is quite annoying as I'm not sure where the file is at present even though I received medical request which usually would come after file transfer.

** Not sure if anyone else in the group has experienced this ?

Hi Tajnuba, I think the medical you just sent along with your application is no longer valid. Medical results should have a validity of 12 months so I suggest you go ahead and book an appointment in advance so the result should be ready once you have the request. If you request for your medical exam this month, then that should still be valid for a year.

Hi!

Did CiC gave you an AOR2 saying that your application was transferred to another VO. We are still waiting for their reply. Maybe this week, there's a bit delay because of the holidays... How about your MyCiC account and ECAs did they updated it?

Hopefully it was transferred to Manila...

Hi Anna, called CIC and was finally able to get through. They said a portion of the file as been sent to the VO oustside Canada. MyCIC updated only showing med results. No update yet if they received Sched A that was sent last April 7th. ECAS was also updated to Meds received. Also, the agent said they still have not received IMM 5669 attached together with my file. :-\

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I posted any updates here, but here is what's going on for me (and probably anyone that did what I did)...


My application to date still says "Application Received" in ecas, and this is because CIC has not needed me to upload my Schedule A or PC documents. I mailed these documents in with my original application because I already had them prepared before the new changes rolled out. My wife and I were quite concerned that we were stuck in "Application Received" when nearly every other applicant was "In Progress".

On 03/24/2017 at around 6am (8am in Mississauga) I called the call centre using an phone app that gave me a real Canadian number. The officer informed me that the e-mail that was sent out saying I needed to upload my Schedule A & PC within 30 days is in fact a generic e-mail that is sent out, and that I need not worry. He said that he can see my Schedule A and PC already with my file and it's just a matter of waiting for them to process all of it. He informed me even though ecas says "Application Received" my application is "In Progress" and not to rely on ecas for updates.

He also informed me that my next step (if and or when required) would be to submit to a medical exam, which I know.


I left my job on 04/04/2017 and crossed the border and told them I wanted to cross with dual-intent, and they issued me a TRV good until August 31st, at which point I will need to show a copy of my renewed lease agreement for my apartment in the USA (roommate allowing me to stay on lease for this reason, awesome guy!!!) when I apply for an extension.


So here I sit, in Kamloops... unemployed... not allowed to work or make any money.... while my wife pays for everything (she's fine with it, prefers it to me seeing her for two/three days every one/two weeks)... while our application processes.

Hi i just received an email from singapore VO.. ,and in the email it says this email confirms that your appliacation was received by CIC on feb 27th .. why singapore is confirming this date which we allready got AOR long time ago for feb 27th .but my file was transffered on april 7th ,. isn't it weired .. shouldn't they confirm the date when it was received by singapore which will be any date of april .. why they are confirming feb 27th ..? any advice please ??

Oh okay. We are not receiving anything from our CiC account. As in nothing. I spoke to an agent last time and they told me they actually send us a correspondence to our account but we never received anything. Then, they asked me to send it through IRCC webform (apr 4). Then I received a reply from them. Apologizing because I am having problems linking my account which is not the exact problem. The problem is, I linked the account but we never received anything.

I am just wondering if they received our schedule a or not. There is no clean confirmation if they received it or not...
