Oh is that right? I am not too worried about AOR2, I thought they would at least update the status of ECAS but they didn't. MyCIC says Application in Progress and next step is BG. I might call IRCC tomorrow to find out where exactly my file is and where we're at the process.

I am going to request for GCMS notes this June.

See, I'm in the same spot as you as far as MyCIC goes. I've had ZERO luck calling in. That's why I emailed Ottawa just to see if my application as there and that it wasn't missing anything.

I've heard mixed things about requesting GCMS early on in the application process.
some say it may drive the officer nuts, some say the notes the office wrote half way through would've driven them nuts. I'm going to request them towards the end/ after i get COPR.

We never got AOR2 so far. I doubt it will come. Going through Ottawa although Outland and not USA applicant.

I will travel to Canada next week to get my RCMP check done. I hope we get the results back in time. Deadline expires on the 29th I believe. Contacted IRCC to explain the siutation but haven heard anything back yet.

We will see, I keep you posted.

My wife just received med request couple hours ago. We will try to book an appointment asap. Does this mean our file has been transferred to PA's Visa office?

hi i have just received a mail for the request of schedule a pcc .. which is dated march 9 nd i received today .. i linked my application on march 10 and since then no email or no update to that mycic account .. i submitted the ircc webform ..but now in this letter it says if um submitting the document through ircc i need to sign it by hand and then upload but i uploaded it only by typing it in the sign sec like an E signature.. so should i go ahead and mail them the documents or .. upload a scan copy of the schedule A through webform again with my hand written sign.. can anyone give me the proper way to upload the form through ircc web form .. or if we choose to mail which address should we mail that .. i need to submit by april 16th .. um really upsaet over their system .. please advise me .

Hope you are well. Did you receive physical mail or email? Did you see any change at MyCIC account? We linked our application on March 7th, and I got a message from CIC telling me I was approved as Sponsor on March 16th and that they will send a request to my fiance in 5 business days. So far we haven't receive anything and at MyCIC there is no place to upload anything it just says in the status list.

Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

The only correspondence we have is the one saying we linked our application.

So, to summarize.

How did you send the document?
Did you see any change at MyCIC account once you got the message?
During that time, did you submit any Technical Issue to IRCC?

Just a quick question... i have received medical for my husband and as of now i haven't received any updates that weather the file has been transferred to visa office or not ... so i just want to know where i am supposed to update the medicals..???

In limbo like you also. Got an email saying file was transferred to VO in Mexico on March 13. Got another email on Mar 23 saying the VO got our email with Schedule A and Supplemental background declaration (which was sent on March 14), but to wait patiently (yeah right) as our file was still in transit.

Looking at the timelines from Dec and early Jan applicants, it has been taking about 60 - 70 days after SA until they request more information (meaning they opened your file), or else to get AOR2. There was a late December applicant who only had to wait about a month before getting a request for more info (usually PCC). However, I am not holding my breath that it will happen sooner. If I hear something by the end of this month, I will be very happy. But I am thinking I won't hear anything until May.

If after we sent Sched A for us outland applicants didn't received any confirmation that the papers were being sent to PA's local VO and asked to wait more than a month... But how come some people received some corespondence stating what VO or the papers were being transferred.

I prefer to receive any correspondence rather than blindly waiting if our papers were moving or not. Is there anyone here got any news from their papers since they sent Schedule A through webform? I saw at the auto-reply email, there TAT is 10 (business?) days. Hopefully we get some news after a week or so. It would be nice to feel that our papers were moving little by little.

Hey!! So apparently they still didn't attach the schedule A form that I sent through webform to my application but I received the request for the medical tests, today. Hopefully by the end of this week my application will be transferred to some visa office.

yeah... its been a month now

Looking on the Mexico spreadsheet, it looks like some December and early Jan applicants had to wait 50-70 days after file transfer to get AOR2, request for information/docs or change in eCAS status.

I am thinking of ordering GMSC notes if I don't hear anything by middle of May (hope it won't come to that). We have one possible red flag when they review our eligibility, but at this point, I don't think it is an issue to cause a delay in the process.

Wow thats great .. i didn't know that they ask medical before transferring .. in my case i got it transffered but no req for medical yet ..u know what i think they have transferred your file as well ..did you check ur ecas .. ?.. also how did you get the medical req .. in your email or mycic ?

I think some people received the medical request before the file was transferred. Nothing changed on my husband's ecas. I got an email on my account that I've a message on my CIC account and when I checked I saw the request. Luckily my husband got an appointment for today!! Last thing we received was that our file has been sent to Bucharest for further processing on March 20, 2017.

Yaa. . Also i think they got ur schedule A otherwise wouldnt ask for the medical ..one agent told me that they do not send email all the time .. sometimes they just attach it directly .. u can keep calling Cic .. so i hope u get ur file transfered after the medical ..
