Its been more than a week since I uploaded the scheduled a and pcc using the webform. I havent heard back from them. When I called cic regarding this, they said it will take 2 weeks to get to it. Should I be worried. Should I resend the form and document?

it took exactly a month for me and finally ircc respond back after uploading imm5669 and PCC through web form and on the exact day I got a one mail on my sponsor email address tht my file has been transferred to visa office.

45 days and NO AOR1, NO SA, Nothing.

Even the Representatives have no clue. No ECAS updates as well.

What the hell should I do?

I called IRCC to report technical issues. since, I have been seeing people undergoing on a same situation. I think this was because they have a new rule in the new kit, they're might be troubleshooting some technical difficulties. We might be the guinea pigs on the new system. To see errors and faulty actions to fix the new kits. what do you think?

SA received on Mar 10
File transfer on Mar 20

Our transfer email was received on Mar 20th and no update form the Bucharest VO yet!

and yeah, the AOR2's have seem to stop with everyone..

When you go on ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do)
Log in with UCI for the PA and their details
If you see a 3rd line in the details like 'We started processing your application on MONTH DAY 2017', this is like receiving AOR2

Hi Anna ,
Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp, choose sponsor your spouse blah blah outsudeside Canada,you need to fill out some of your information like uci no,application no etc and tell them you would like to summit your schedule A and at the end upload the form . Your form must have your signature on(not the tpying one ). Hope this helps ,any questions are welcome here.

Hi, On my form it says "I agree that by yping my name I am signing my application"- have I got an updated form or does it say this on all of them, but somehow the original signature is required?

I swear I'm freaking out... hoping to read the "3rd line" by the end of this week!! Do you guys think your application will be submitted to NDVO? then it could be that they're a little slow...but I didn't even get an email or anything stating if my application has been sent to any visa office!! OH GOD...I hope everything works out soon.

Same here!! But dont freak out, youre not alone. Lots of us sent Schedule A and PCC through web form. I sent my hubby's sched A and PCC on March 27th without the hand written signature, butIRCC resent the correspondence, so we resent it again on March 31st with signature. Probably they need more time to attach each files in correct application. However, did you try calling them and ask if they already have your documents?
