I had been having trouble accessing the threat but here are some updates

Application was received Feb 28, 2017

Sponsor (myself) approved mid March and also request for Schedule A and PC were in mid March

We sent in the PC and schedule A through IRCC webform on March 29th and no response, no emails, no online updates, nothing have happened since. I have called CIC multiple times and have gotten different answers. Last time, they told me to resend the documents through the webform ( I know others had mentioned faxing and mailing the documents again after they didn't hear anything). So I did resend the documents again through the webform and called CIC again today.

The Gentleman on the phone from CIC was VERY helpful and very knowledgeable. He basically told me:

There is a major backlog as most people have had issues uploading the documents in MyCIC and have used the webform. He quoted around 40,000 webform document submission in the past couple of months and says there is 1-2 months of backlog in receiving the documents. He emphasized several times that there is no need to resend documents as there is no way they would get lost in the IRCC webform and to basically just wait as only the first set of documents will be attached to the file.

I still see no progress on my online account, there is no confirmation that ANYTHING has been received, my application doesn't seem to have been transferred to any visa offices anywhere (based on the information from the call centre), and I am just waiting anxiously to hear SOMETHING.. yet the guy insisted I have done everything I should, should not worry, should not lose my peace and should just wait!

So I guess it is what it is right now.. Will update if anything changes or if I get any response!

What I did was email Manila Visa Office asking if my file was transferred already. Apparently, MVO forwarded my query to CPC mississauga. After 1 week, CPC client service unit visa officer ang nag reply saakin asking for my PCC and schedule A to be attached. I replied with attachment and he confirmed that my documents were electronically attached to my file already. Tapos he said they will contact me via request letter or phone is further information/ docs were needed. So I guess, ready to transfer to MVO na. Yun lang di pa nag change ECAS ko to in-process.

Is there anyone who still don't get "In process" status change. I'm still stuck in "application received" status. I applied in 23 rd Feb I'm worried about the slow processing. Is anyone in the same boat?? or only me.....please help guys!! I called immigration office for help! they only said that when our application will receive by singapore vo then will let us know...untill keep waiting :'(

I don't get anything still...i just receive my sponsership approval !!! How did you know that your application get to manila?? Did they mail you?? i dont receive any mail yet !! I check my ECAS ...its only show "Application received" and for sponsership approval "Decision made"....

Have submitted everything upfront? It could be that there are no additional requests for you that's why you aren't getting any mails yet. If everything is smooth in your application, you're now just probably waiting for the PPR. ECAS status is not really that reliable. Have you linked your application to myCIC already?

Hi we are on the same boat. Our application received last Feb.20,2017.. we haven't heard if they received our sched A and PCC.
