Just got our GCMS notes and it doesn't look good.
Basically they have not started anything since February 2016 when sponsorship got approved.

And the only entry they put in was this 2016/05/30 "ASP: PLS. SEND AOR & GENDOC REQUEST FOR -ADDITIONAL PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCREENSHOTS OF CONVERSATIONS THRU SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, REMITTANCES,PHONEBILLS, ETC. -PH DETAILS DURING THE FF PERIODS: a. Nov 2015 to present b. May2014 to Oct2014 c.Mar2014 to May 2014"

So they have not sent us anything officially in 2 months in regards to more proof of relationship. But from the sounds of it they will. They seem to want conversation screenshots...and between whatsup, whatsup audio, and skype videocalls we have insane amounts. Like an essay of text sent everyday between the two of us for almost 2 full years. We talk ALOT. The question I have is in what format do they want it considering its text and audio and video and where can I send it. If we wait for their official request it could be months more delays. I want to get ahead of this.

Take lots of screenshots from social media as in post, pictures of you two where your friends and family give "likes", conversations of phone records, Skype calls, pictures of outings, emails, text messages, any thing you think it can work. They don't allow video or audio files because they don't let you send "electronic proof", so just copy paste visual proof on a word document and you're good to go.

Also, wait until they ask you for the proof, I've read that if you send inquiries they take a lot longer with your file, excuse me if I'm wrong with this last information, if anyone else knows if it's true or not, please let us know.

I've sent more relationship proofs twice to svo.

Another member who applied mid October also sent proofs twice and was approved 8 months which is relatively fast for Singapore and nowhere near the posted 29 months for Thailand.

hopefully sending more information will be less of a slowdown...than waiting for them to formally request the information. Its been TWO months since they noted that and we havn't heard anything "officially".

I would have sent it as soon as I saw the note if I was you.

I sent them pics, boarding passes, passport stamps and receipts from my visit after we applied along with more call logs and western union receipts and I just sent them more communication proofs and western union receipts to show on going support and communication a couple weeks ago.

In any case even if sending more proofs delays your file by a couple weeks as they match it to your existing file and scan it into the system, it will still be nowhere near the delay an interview will cause.

Send them now, may I ask if what was the date before the officer will open again your file? Send the file before the date they open the file. if the notes was created may 30th, then you should have sent it before the 30th of June. Please send it asap, follow blue's advice. Did you received your aor 2 from the visa office where the cpc-m sent it?Send them, and after you confirmed from your courier that they receive it, apply for new gcms notes and check from the notes if they received it. may I know which visa office are you? The VFS here in Qatar process passport request and sends it to abu dhabi, my question is once manila visa office asks for my passport, should i send it thru vfs, which is appropriate in abu dhabi visa office or manila visa office? It kinda confuses me.

I sent them pics, boarding passes, passport stamps and receipts from my visit after we applied along with more call logs and western union receipts and I just sent them more communication proofs and western union receipts to show on going support and communication a couple weeks ago.

In any case even if sending more proofs delays your file by a couple weeks as they match it to your existing file and scan it into the system, it will still be nowhere near the delay an interview will cause.

we sent pics (100 or so each showcasing my months of stay at a time our vacationing and wedding in the philippines over 1 year), boarding passes, passport stamps, receipts, western union logs. We don't have any phone call logs as we use everything through social media. I believe thats why they are asking. We collected it all together in word format and its almost 2500 pages long. We didn't send it originally due to its extreme length but hey..they want it. they will get it.
