What is the case specific inquiry email address for Mississauga

Hey im not allowed to postlinks but search in google for CIC case specific inquiry form. Its an online form!

If you check the processing times it says 62days, curently working on 04Feb Applications.

Since it has been more than 62days, you can technically submit the inquiry form. Or you can wait until they update the website bc it says currently working on app received on 04Feb and your app was submitted 06Feb.

I would submit the form online and see what happens. If they process your app nexr week then good if not then you will have started the inquiry process.

Since somone aigned for your package, it is likely that it is in their office. So I'm sure they will find it. Keep calling them in the meantime. I wouldnt waste time talking to the call center agent, just ask for a formal inquiry in Missisauga office or ask if you can talk to someone in mississauga. If they say no, ask for their supervisor. Just be polite and Im sure somone will help

I just received an email today (04/22) with the AOR from Mississauga.

According to Canada Post they received my application on the 15th February.
Its 67 days if im not mistaken.

I would like to add myself in the spreadsheet, but no idea how to do that.


Bonus question, there wasn't any IUC in the email, only an application # im not able to login to the eCAS i got an error.

Is it too soon or ??

Congratulations! And yes, it usually takes a few days for ECAS to catch up...

Can anyone experienced tell me that, usually how much time it takes to AOR2 from Singapore VO after the file has been transferred? Also who gets this sponsor or the PA?

dont worry about the updated form most of february and march applicants sent the old form and they already got AOR . the only difference between the 2 forms is the option to choice the visa office which been deleted from the new form .

We checked the application package and the other links the form was IMM 008 updated 11-2013. Is this form ok to submit? Hopefully I'm going send our application by first week of May.

Hi Suzanne, try calling them again. We did and spoke with a nicer agent who gave us an app #. Feel relieved. No SA yet but at least we know they are working on it.

I did and there is not even a file created yet for my out of Canada one I had an in Canada one then I cancelled that and did out of Canada one and there is nothing there for out of Canada ...

What is your Visa Office probably going to be? That's the one piece of info missing for the spreadsheet.

There should have been a UCI in your AOR, and eCAS is updated on Tuesdays, so you'll probably be a week until you see anything.

The VO will be probably Paris, but i actually live in Canada so maybe Ottawa ? (outland application while being inland)
anyway i add Paris on the spreadsheet.
I don't have any UCI in my AOR e-mail, just an application number.
Maybe i will have the UCI via post or when we got the SA ?.

Hi, Iwas able to acess my file though I didn't have AOR because if you have a previous immigration client number you can use it and be able to view your file.I hope that answer your question.
