I still haven't received my official AOR letter in the mail. I only know I got it because of ECAS. So it's frustrating not having a file number because I want to get my medical and FBI done now but there's no point if I don't have a file to attach them to!

In other good news though, I had applied for visitor restoration around the same time as sponsorship (early Feb) and it came in the mail today... I only asked for 6 months but they gave me a year!! That's super exciting; I feel like the government is rooting for me! ;P

My boyfriend and I both have UCIs already from previous immigration stuff so I was able to use those. If you don't have any previous applications with CIC then you wouldn't have a UCI yet.

I have already filled out our IMM008 and the sponsor form with barcode,do i have to include my middle name in the first name field since my middle name also appears on my passport?
