Apart from freaking out, not much, the application was already sent. I am waiting to see if they will request we send a new one or not. I hope they don't, but you never know.

Yeah...I freaked out too, but my husband calmed me down over skype. I did do some research through the forums and found this link:

I think we'll be okay because there was no major change on the form. I looked at the form from November 2014 and February 2014, and I couldn't tell the difference.

Good luck I sent my application July 10 and the form updated in August I was asked to send the new 0008 form it set my application back to the start. Wishing you better luck

I don't believe you started over, especially if you got a file number.

I can't see them requiring a new form from those who had it received before CIC changed it. At least they should not require it.

Only time will tell.

The new form was uploaded on the 25th I believe (don't worry, I sent it, checked here a week later and was like "crap, new form", but after some digging found it was uploaded on the 25th).

They might make you send a new one, but I am not sure (Even though it wasn't changed before you submitted, you never know what they might ask you to do).

It was feb 23. I know because a have a post on this forum talking about this on a thread at feb 23 ^^
I sent my app 26 and they received march 6.

Some applicants from 20-22 January are receiving AoR already.

There are only 2 people from February that got AOR's and they haven't requested forms from them. So lets have hope. My wife is in Pakistan and if they ask she needs to sign it again and send it to me which sucks. Please CIC don't ask for any new forms. Please be fast at processing applications

Feb guys are in the january sheet, which i think should be named 2015 sheet instead of jan sheet.

Yaaay congrats, march applicant here as well! The other feb applicant is from Lebanon, they are on the priority lane, getting the SA with in a week or so.
