February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

I called cic and the agent told me that my file has transferred to ottawa and it will take another 17 months from ottawa. I am kind of very confused it already 14 months since i submitted my application to Nova scotia.
Has anyone been thru the same situation?? ???

The agent is crazy...hang up and try another one.

The website says Ottawa 17 months however, that means from the day of application.
The agent i spoke to told me to wait till July 2015 - 17 months from Feb 2014.

You should call again...only a few agents who actually look into the notes on your file can be trusted.
An agent told me my file is approved - i confirmed this from ATIP/GCMS notes. All the other agents have just been saying in process.

Also 3 out of 4 agents told me file is in Ottawa...yesterday one told me its in Sydney...who do we trust? Lol

Still haven't received the email confirming the decision made is positive and asking for passport - not sure how it's called...Decision made on March 31st..should I worry? I know that if it's negative decision then they mail you the official paper, not email the passport request :-X

I think cic would still email you if even negative decision. and be positive.

does anyone know about the picture specification which they request with passport? I need to get some picture from Bangladesh as my wife currently living there.

-I had decision made on March 31 (ECAS)
-Called on April 1: the agent said the application was approved on March 26 (but ECAS didn't update).
-Agent said no correspondence was showing up on their system (sounded confused).
-Agent also stated they did not know if it'd be PPR or COPR.
-I've had no emails and no snail mails to date. Last checked: today, April 7, 11am.

still e-cas shows in process, application received and medical received.

I have question guys, they did not ask me to send pictures. I remember people saying to send picture with the passport. did anyone experience the same?
