Guys Congrats to everyone who got ppr including me, my question is that my spouse is back home so i don't have her passport can anyone tell what should i mention to cio to arrange her visa at nearest Visa office.

Tell cic that you cannot ship your spouse's passport to ottawa. Therefore you are requesting rearrangement of visa printing for your wife at visa office nearest to your home country
dont forget you mention following

Application number:
UCI and date of birth for you
UCI and date of birth for your spouse

It should be all good. And when you send your passport to Ottawa, write a cover letter saying everything you said in the email to ottawa. Should be straight forward. Infact I just emailed Ottawa for my spouse.

Medical results have been received. April 2014

paid RPRF and additional docs August 18, 2014
sent the requested docs august 25
sent the official receipt of the RPRF through email at CIO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca
changed address online
sent the official receipt through courier last december 2014 because when I talked to the
call center they said that I should've sent it through mail

But i applied by a consultant maybe they sent to
My consultant ppr email.but his office closed by 4:30pm sk time.
