Dear folks,

My PR application received to CIC on Feb 7th 2014 and still no IP. The last update is just Medical results received.
Last month they asked me to provide with Police Certificate (PCC) from "X" country and they gave me the deadline. In order to get PCC from "X" country I don't think it can be done before deadline.

Need suggestions from you guys on following:

1- Should I send an email to CIO Sydney-NS and explain the situation to request for more time to submit PCC ?

2- How long it usually takes for CIO-NS to reply the email ?

3- Along with my PCC should I also submit to CIO (NS) any other doc ?
(like my "Updated Schedule A" so if they need in future they don't need to ask)


Please advise.

-why do you need to update schedule ? I don't think its necessary but it's up to you

Thank you very much for your response. Regarding phoning CIO !!
I called CIC once and wanted to get some info regarding my case but they said my file is with CIO and there is no way to contact CIO by phone.
CIO-NS can only be reached by mail or email. So how to contact CIO-NS by phone, Is there any no. you know ?
