About that I also sent my GCMS notes to MP and he contacted CIC regarding followup and I got the below mention reply:

-No eligibility decision yet, since it is in cue for eligibility

What you got back is the standard CIC reply. It makes no sense contacting an MP if you are still within the 13 month processing period, all you will get is the standard reply.

No, there is no point ordering notes again. Applicant from Dec and Jan are still waiting for the 2nd review.

you are right, My MP request CIC vo to double check the documents and got generic reply from CIC.

Below is the email which I sent to my MP:

I have applied for my Permanent residence under Canadian experience class in February 24, 2014 and received a file number in March 17, 2014. I was working at two locations of XXXXXXXX and both of my job title and description were exact same. So I just provided my full time job reference letter and T4. Later, I realized that there is $4,000 dollar difference in my T4 and Notice of assessment and the same difference of $4,000 was due to my other part time job T4. I sent an additional documents in March and the same has been updated in my file.

But when Visa officer opened my file to review on September 8, 2014 he made following points which I have already highlighted in the attached image. Visa officer mentioned that my T4 shows XXX but my NOA shows XXX and he did not see the additional documents which I sent in march to cover the 4,000 gap. That is why he thinks I ‘vent acquired the required work experience and salary is low. However my position was merchandiser and the minimum wage was $10.25/ hour at the time when I submit my application (as per jobbank.gc.ca website) and my wage was $11.10/ hour so my wage was not low. Secondly, prior to submit my application I also emailed HRSDC (Human Resource Skill Development Canada) my job duties to confirm and received a positive reply from them. (I am also attaching their email for your kind review) but still Visa officer raised his concern that duties in employment letter does not fully match with the selected merchandiser category.

I shall very much appreciate if you please tell CIC that as per GCMS notes the Visa officer is forget to check the additional documents. Please review again the documents properly I am sure they will get all the answers of their concerns. It is already been 2.5 months gone since my file was open and forwarded to another visa officer for review. This waiting is now start affecting my personal and work life. If CIC still have any doubts please ask them to feel free to contact the applicant as he is more than happy to provide documents if needed. My fellow members who applied in February with me are already a landed immigrant and I am yet to hear anything.

So, I got my RPRF, paid it, and finally saw my status change to 'Decision Made' on ECAS today

Hey Guys , First time posting message on this portal
I am Feb Applicant and my application status in ECAS shows as decision made.
This status change happened almost 2 weeks back but since then I didnt hear anything from CIC.
Hope this is normal!! keeping everything crossed now!!

Above is critical point , No way you can send Reference Letter on Indian Address and by Indian HR , To count experience the proof should be given from a canadian operations of the company .

We received your application for permanent residence on February 28, 2014.
We started processing your application on November 18, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

RPRF was paid on November 6th. COPR will hopefully follow soon!!
