I got my MR today, as previously they had been waiting on me to send proof of my separation pending a divorce. However my ex husband was refusing to co operate in the hopes that it would get my application rejected. I am so glad that they had compassion for my situation. It was so unfair that my ex could try and jepodise this after all the havoc he had caused in my life already. But common sense won out, and I am off for Medical :D
Congrats and good luck for future

Well application received means CIC have received your application and put in the que for an officer to review whereas in process means an officer is actually working on your file and if all the documents are in order s/he will send you mr rprf etc right away or ask for any additional documents.
Hope this help.

HI Ali, my ecas status has been showing ''in process'' since april 22 so almost 5 months of in process status. i am getting all paranoid now.

Do not relay on ecas buddy. Hang in there your turn will be soon

Hye , How many of you have paid RPRF upfront - before getting the rprf request, but after getting the MR.

Hi guys,

I am leaving my current job cuz I am not happy with my employer and do not want to work at that place anymore. Do I need to notify CIC about this? Also Is it gonna affect my application any way?

Help me out guys please

Hello All

I have been following this forum for some time now and have a question.

is this forum only for CEC applications made within Canada? I had applied for CEC from India on 20-Feb-14. I had received my AOR on April 2nd

Can I consider myself as a part of Feb group and expect Medical request soon? or will there be different time lines for applications made outside Canada since the VO will be in Delhi and not in Toronto or other state?

Thank you in advance and wish everyone all the best for PR

Regards
VJ

From where ever you file your application... it will will be processed at Ottawa... And time lines are same for everyone..

Thanks Ksn4u for prompt reply.

What I understood from my AOR email that my case was transferred to Delhi office hence I was wondering if the time lines would vary from others. But now I guess I'm also in the same boat as others....!!! :P

did they mention new delhi in your email or just mentioned transferred to visa office ?

Actually my agent who helped me file my application, told me that after AOR the file gets transferred to Delhi and then remaining activities (MR,PCC,PPR) will be done at Delhi visa office

Hi, I did that.. But I think that wont help us speeding up the process in any way!
Medical request sent to CIC by the hospital, but status not updated yet.
