Give some days like four or five may be. Wondering where is my AOR email

Be patience. Try it after 3-4 days. Once its received at CPC-Ottawa then it will show up in ECAS. So may be try it on Friday or next Monday.

I submitted Police clearance certificate from the Indian Embassy. That is all I need right?? Or do I have to submit one from Canada as well?

You are good and no other PCC required unless you have stayed in any other country for more than 6 months except India or Canada.
