CIC is working at a pretty crazy pace right now, so yes, MRs can be expected earlier than in recent years / months.

Pay the fee first. Once it done I am sure Toby will gonna take care of all the paper work. All you can do eat popcorns and check your mail box for the CoPP (Confirmation of Popcorn Permit)
