hallo,i,m new in this forum .Does anybody know ,for family class visa catagory ,can family declaration of canadian national be resubmitted second time if someone (canadian national) already have submitted to authority , but want to include anyone person again for second time for family class visa catagory in list?

Sis, only Manila requires the CENOMAR. It is a region specific requirement. Anyway, yes you need it. Just request from NSO, you can do it online:

www.nsocitizenservices.com.ph

Request CENOMAR. If you are married, they will issue Advisory on Marriages (AOM).

Since you were a widow when you got married, maybe it will be helpful if you request the death cert of your lost husband too.

Did you try emailing them and also sending case specific enquiries from CIC website? If not already , try that instead.

We are in the same boat dear. Although I too received SA 6 days after you so far no word from our VO. But the worst thing you can do now is panic and get stressed over that. DONT!
Relax and it will come.

I'm in the same boat. I haven't heard a single word from Ottawa and I even sent my daughter's medicals and my marriage certificate in. I sent it with tracking and received word it was delivered but my ecas still says my packet was received on February 15, nothing about medicals at all in there and I had sent those in with my packet (my daughter who is unaccompanying minor had her meds done later). So apparently they haven't even looked at my file. I'm sure it is fine. It's hard not to panic but I know they received one packet of papers and didn't update so I am assuming that is their policy.
