Hmm.. Then you will receive their approval by e-mail too..

You must have your UCI / File Application numbers.. If you didn't receive their approval e-mail then you will call CIC and explain the situation. They will re-send the e-mail..

Regardless of sail-mail, your file will be transferred to your VO on the day it got approved. so them sending the email or snail-mail wont make a difference.

CHEERS.

Mine shows Application Received and Medical Results Received. We filed on Feb 8th. PPR was June 1, PP sent June 4.

Hey. Could you please tell me what is PPR and PP? :))
We filed Fed 1st and the file was sent to the VO on Apr 20, however it's only showing App Received and Meds done as well.

Mine says the same. For the second stage app Received and Meds done. PPR is passport request. I assume that is the next step unless they want to interview us? Not sure how long it is taking in some VO's for example New Delhi seems to be quite quick but I am in London so we'll see.

If they say DECISION MADE on e-cas and you haven't received any e-mail. There are 2 possibilities:

- They will send your Approval by regular post (snail mail)

or

- They didn't spell your e-mail address correctly.

On the forms if you wrote an e-mail address you most likely receive everything by e-mail.

On Imm 3144 form it say exactly this:

- Indicating an e-mail address will authorize all correspondence, including file and personal information to be sent to the e-mail address you specify.

But the important thing is "Decision Made" part. You will hear an answer from CIC at any time..

Or you can just call CIC and they'll tell you...

$50 says your file will be transferred to "your" VO as opposed to transferred to your VO.

I got my AOR by email....mind you it was 8pm at night........

Congrats!! I am very happy for you! Good luck with step 2. Hopefully, it will be fast and smooth. :)

HURRRAAAAY! I got my AOR at 1:05 am London time! Finally, some thing is happening, dose anyone know what the average time from receiving a AOR to sponsorship approval takes on average? Good luck to all and maybe someone can update me on the spreadsheet. The application was received by them on the 19 of March 2012.

As KJG said, it is anywhere between 2days-2weeks to receive approval from AOR. Good luck!
