I am FWS before 26th June 2010
in the part PCC there is no check box in F column and just they described if you are before 26th June 2010, you have to submite PCC before 120 days.
do you know any one like my condition, what she/he did?
please help me.

Hi,This is Hedieh .I have applied for Canada permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker class before June 2010 and I have received my Ref No last month.They asked me to prepare some documents and send it to CIO, so I would appreciated if you let me know :


1- Should I submit police-certification and clearance before 120 Days with my documents?

Yes you have to submit Police Certificate with full docs, because it is mandatory.

I dont know why but I'm not able to post the big content... actully i've received a letter from buffalo VO which i want to share.
I've split my message in 2 posts. One contains the letter & other my querry... Please respond to it if anyone has idea on whats this?

The CIO in sydney requested that you submit your 'full' application to our visa office within 120 days from the the date of the letter. Please refer to their letter for complete instructions.
Our office will not accept any additional documents until a new buffalo file number is assigned to your file. Although your application may have been received, due to the volume of mail our office receives daily it is difficult to match these documents to your file. When your application is reviewed and accepted a new file number willl be assigned. Once you receive this file number you may resubmit these documents.
All of your documents are being returned to you in this package. we have not retained a record of these documents in this office.

Hello,
I've posted the letter contents in my above post.
I've received just IELTS score with this letter and none of following original docs
PCC
FBI clearance
transcripts

Any guidance on this ?
I dont know whats going on? is this any new process? why did they send IELTS back? Any idea?

My application date - 10- feb 2010
1st AOR from CIO - 30 Mar 2010
Full application sent - 7 Jul 2010

I got this letter too. I had some updates and correction to be done to the earlier application.

In my case I wanted to update on the funds. Since I am going to have a baby in 2 months I did not want to again produce bank evidence.
And any way after the hospitalization expenses I will not be having enough to show.

So thought of doing that first itself. But they replied back saying that all of these are not allowed before the file # is created. And Buffalo is great. No news for the last 4 months.
