I have written enrgy instead of batteries... recharge their batteries was just an example and was not going with the sentense

Colour or colours
In the statement they told colours. But the given sentence was singular . Like ------ of the dolphin's fin. Please commend
It was colours not colour... the other sentense was about markings and it also contained ‘s’ . Also speaker said colours and markings
