I saw someone from First week of January 2021 getting an AOR today. Maybe a few more but it’s just random I guess. I have seen many from September 2020 hanging without an AOR.

My AR is 12 Feb, I am outland, how can i obtain TFN. tried sending the webform but it required either an application number or UCI number.
Any advice as to how I can file the webform

The webform form requires two sets of information which i don't have .... the UCI and application number. so can someone advise me how to inquire about my TFN via webform without either of these numbers

Everyone who has previously applied for anything with CIC has a UCI number. If have a TRV or a work permit u might want to have a look on it to find it. Else the only option is to call them or maybe through family name and passport number. Hope it helps.

I had also raised a web form but they replied that they would not respond to any queries as they are busy with refugee situation in Afghanistan.
