Finally got the golden email last night after almost a year of waiting!

AR: March 05, 2021
TFN: November 15, 2021
AOR: February 17, 2022

In the email it says I need to submit a police certificate from my home country (I have sent this previously thru webform) but when I linked my application online, there's no prompt for it. Is that normal?

when you submit you did not send one or you webform it after submit or your pcc is oldedr than 2 years

I sent it thru webform. Police certificate won't expire until end of March 2022. Online dashboard says "We are processing your background check."
No Police Certificate request is showing up on my Application Status. No new messages as well.

when i linked my application, it shown medical pass. one day later, it shown we do not need a medical exam.

I also haven't received AOR since feb 07. The office is NS. I'm a single applicant and my province is NL.
