Hi everyone, in the section EMPLOYER AND ADDRESS I should write were I work and the address or the office and address of where Im taking the fingerprints? Also I'm from Guatemala, what do I put in race?

Hi edacaret,
I'm not sure why you need to fill this form since you're from Guatemala. Are you living in USA? Employer & Address are where you are currently working. I would guess the race is hispanic or latino.
