fd 258 questions

hi everyone im from guatemala where me and my family live and im applying for outland family sponsorship (wife is canadian citizen) and since i studied in the US 16 years ago they are requesting fbi police certificate. Going over that im filling the FD258 card which is for fingerprints. I have a few question on that card:
what do I put in
OCA N?
ORI?
reason fingerprinted?
miscellaneous no?

You don't need to put anything in those fields, except for reason for fingerprinting. For that, simply write Canadian Immigration.
