FBI to no longer issue `Identity History Summary' results on blue security paper

My husband is a U.S. citizen, we were just going wait for it to come and send everything together since I'm still waiting for my option c printout

What is a new process for Police Cert. from US? I have already got the finger prints done from local police station. Do I need to go to agency to get the new finger prints done or I am okay to send the ones I have to FBI?

We sent his to the FBI on November 24th. Now you are able to send it through an FBI approved channeler if you choose. But you can still send it to the FBI

I came across this today. Does that mean they are currently accepting the report from channelers/third party?
There are two options:

Option 1: You must fill out the applicant information form and obtain a set of your fingerprints.

Option 2: You may submit the application to an FBI-approved channeler; a private company contracted to provide the certificate on behalf of the FBI. Processing times may vary. Please check the FBI website for a list of approved channelers.

They disallowed channellers in March last year.
