FBI report received - Timelines

If FBI rejects fingerprint cards, when do I get informed? Right away or is it also 14w?

When I called them, they said 13th week when they run your cards.
 
I mailed it on 01.29. Finally they charged my card today OMG!!

can you provide a copy of the letter you sent along with your application for the delay in FBI PCC ?
 
I have sent the documents on 14 April they were supposed to receive it.Hope they send it on time as I am not creating my profile based on this.
 
I sent the applications on April 4th, they got it on April 6th. Based on the 3 months processing time I should be getting the report by the first week of August provided that they are ok with my fingerprints which I obtained from CMP.
I have the receipt and tracking number, copies of the fingerprint form and signed FBI form, also a photo of the envelope with posting sent to FBI. Will all that be enough to convince CIC I am doing my best to get the FBI reports?
 
For me:

Shipped on: 23 Jan
Reached FBI : 27 Jan
CC deduction: April 10
PCC received: May 7.......Phew! 5 months.

btw. just a suggestion i didn't use any external agency for finger printing. I just took the std format and finger printed using ink pad
