FBI PCC

Hi all,

I have received an ITA on October 4. On October 6th I have sent my fingerprints for FBI PCC. According to estimates, I will receive it beginning of March 2018 whereas 90 day post ITA deadline is set at January 3, 2018. I am thinking to decline ITA to save time for FBI PCC. What would your advice be? My crs is 434.

Don't decline the ITA. Current scores are pretty high and there is no guarantee to get invited again. Wait till the end of the 90 days and submit your PR application without the FBI PCC and include a letter of explanation (LOE) to ask for an extension with lots of evidences that you have applied for the FBI PCC in time.
