Fbi pcc question

I have a question about fbi pcc. My wife applied for one when she was In India in April. Now she is in USA. Is she good or apply again.

I haven't received ita yet but applying for pcc in anticipation of ita in couple of months.

But we haven't received PCC yet from FBI for the one we applied in April. Event then we have to apply new one?
I am not convinced but i will apply again as you said just to be on safer side.

Pcc should be issued after your last visit to a country (if your total stay is more than 6 months) or it should have been issued within last 6 month for country of residence. Since you didn't receive the pcc which you applied in April (probably you will get it in July), hence you would not have to apply for next pcc till dec'16)
