FBI PCC - How to upload, what to upload?

GENERAL QUESTION:

I have applied for FBI PCC and still waiting for the evaluation. My question in what form are we required to send the evaluation? A scanned copy? Photo Copy? Please excuse me for my lack of knowledge.

When you get your FBI PCC, you need to scan it and upload it.
