I attached my FBI PCC and created a CSE last Thursday night.

Its almost 4 business days and I haven't heard back from them.

My two issues:
1. I did not create a CSE for NDVO but used a generic CSE for CIC.
2. CLIENT ID I left empty.

Should I create a new request? Where do I get the CLIENT ID from?

Usually CIC asks for FBI PCC during the process , and they will give you upload window. In your case i assume that you have not received the request from CIC.

Client Id is your UCI NO . Did you provide Express Entry application No?

I gave my EE number in the message body. But for UCI / Client ID I left it blank because I did not get any requests from CIC.

I opened a CSE because I did not want to wait till I got the FBI PCC request from CIC. Do we have to create a request addressing the NDVO?

I guess it wont be a problem , after all it's adding additional doc.
