FBI PCC - Any hope before 8 weeks?

I know it's stated it takes 8-10 weeks for processing as stated on their site, but anyone got theirs before 8 weeks?

For instance, if it's the second time application after the prints were accepted the first time too? So the prints are possibly already in their database?

It does not really matter if they already have your prints in the database. They open the packets on first come first serve basis and once the packets are opened for processing, it hardly takes 2-3 days for them to process it.
