does anyone have the contact number for the FBI Identity History Summary? i need to ask about my PCC status and when to expect it, any clues please?

I understand, when i submitted, it was 12-14 weeks, now it changed and says 8-10 weeks, so i wanna call them and ask them about my application.

It's taken a while to update their site and they've been doing it in 8 weeks since late last year.

Their number is 304-625-5590 and 304-625-2000.
You can also email them at identity@ic.fbi.gov.

You need to mention name, date of birth and approximate date the package was received for them to pull up your info.
