FBI fingerprinting in Mumbai

I have been asked by the NY consulate to resend my FBI fingerprint clearance.
I have lived in the US from 2007-2009 and have already submitted it once.
But now have been in Mumbai, India since then.
How and where do I go to get the FD258 form with fingerprints taken in Mumbai.

have you tried checking for a fingerprint bureau in Mumbai, I am sure they will be able to help you, I had to send a copy of my fingerprints to Australia and got it done from the same in Delhi.
