FBI Finger Print Application Form

Dear Friends
On the FBI Finger Print Application Form there is a field Home Address and Mailing Address. I know the mailing address will be my Canadian Address. How about Home Address. Should it be the Canadian Address on the Address on the Passport(which is from a different country, not canada)
