My FBI report says i was arrested by ICE and charges stated on the report was De portable Alien. But the fact is i was involved in a marriage fraud. Marriage Fraud charges did not appear there on the report. Do you think this current charge of deportable alien would have a bearing on my PR application or do you think i should go a head and disclose the entire story to CIC. please suggest

Never try to hide anything from CIC. Just because it isn't written in the FBI report does not mean they can't get the information.
If you were involved in marriage fraud, I suspect you will be looked at quite closely now, ESPECIALLY if you are applying for a PR visa in the spousal stream.
What charges were you arrested for? Those can make a big difference also in whether you are eligible to come to Canada. What might be a slap on the wrist in the USA might be a criminal offense in Canada. I.E. DUI
