FBI Clearance Letter Name Mispelled

I applied for FBI clearance letter in Feb and got the response from them but in the clearance letter my name is misspelled. What should I do to correct this ? Is there any number I can call and get it corrected or should I do the complete process again ?

First check if it was a mistake in the application or FBI made this mistake. If it is FBI's fault, then send them an email on identity@fbi.gov.
